Security Deposit Return

Please have one tenant, on behalf of all tenants of your unit, submit this security deposit return form designating the name, address and phone number of one individual to receive all or any portion of the deposit being refunded. Per the lease, if all tenants fail to agree on a designee, the security deposit will be made payable to all tenants who signed the lease in one check and it will be mailed to the address of the leased premises stated in your lease.
