Each resident must have one of his/her parents (Guarantor) submit a Guaranty to Lease.

We hold your guarantor responsible only for a fractional amount of the rental and other obligations. Your guarantor’s liability is NOT joint.

After downloading, Guarantor shall:

    1.  Read the signed lease

    2.  Print Guaranty to Lease and then complete, sign and have it notarized

    3.  Email the Guaranty to Lease and a copy of driver’s license to cbusbestrentals@gmail.com
